Our service
As our name suggests, we are a business dedicated to preparing high-quality, great-tasting protein meals made entirely from scratch. From classic favorites to innovative creations, we deliver delicious meals designed to make your life easier, healthier, and more affordable. Why spend more money dining out when you can enjoy nutritious, flavorful meals at home for less?
What truly sets us apart is our quick and convenient protein preparation service. All proteins are fully cooked, ready in under 10 minutes, and prepared without compromising taste or quality. Our standard Home Service is priced at approximately $350 and is suitable for couples without children as well as families of three or more. This service includes up to 40 lbs of protein, yielding approximately 100 healthy protein portions that can last over a month—making it a more cost-effective alternative to traditional meal prep services.
Once you book a service, we will contact you to discuss whether you prefer to purchase the protein yourself or have our chef handle the shopping on your behalf. If our chef completes the shopping, an additional 20% will be added to the final cost of the protein purchased. If you choose not to include this option, you are more than welcome to provide the protein yourself.
Once the ingredients are available in your home, our chef will prepare the meals, portion them into containers, organize them neatly in your refrigerator, and thoroughly clean the kitchen before departing. The entire service is completed in no more than five hours. Please note that your kitchen must be clean and organized prior to the chef’s arrival.
We also offer an upgraded option, Home Service + Plan, which includes everything in the Home Service along with a customized meal guide. This guide provides a variety of meal ideas using your prepared protein, helping you avoid repetition while enjoying quick, flavorful, and diverse meals throughout the week.
